refunded purchase, used voucher for partial payment. refund has been provided but voucher is missing

can somebody please help me with the issue described in the subject of this post

eBay help is non-existent for this issue.

i purchased £33.30 worth of goods, kindly refunded by the seller. i used a £10 nectar card voucher for partial payment, spending £23.30 from my bank account.

the £23.30 has been refunded but the voucher credit is neither on my nectar card balance nor anywhere else that i can see.

the refund was processed for all items, although this was an exception made by the seller (i was only able to request a refund in time for 2/6 of the items in question) - another member has kindly let me know that a refund for all of the items needs to be accepted in order for me to retrieve the voucher; although, this was technically done - just not via. the eBay system.

can somebody please let me know what i need to do to get my £10 voucher back?

Nectar points are not refunded, a new voucher will be issued.

Check Nectar under ebay summary.

hey tobias - thank you for responding to both of my posts. the seller made an exception as 4/6 refunds were 1 day beyond the 30-day return window - i was, therefore, unable to request all of the refunds in one batch. nothing appears under my nectar summary and i have not yet received the voucher, nor will i dont think. feeling a bit lost here and this seems to be the only avenue of support. thank you for your time and attention

Unless you get full refund through ebay case, you don't get voucher replaced.
