Warrenty problem, seller not responding

Brought a car part in April 2021, that part has since failed already and the seller stated it came with a 24 month warranty. Contacted the seller twice but got no reply. I can't seem to open a dispute with eBay, and there is no other contact info for the company. Any help!?

Sorry but neither EBay or PayPal offer any Warranties. These Guarantees are really only as good as your ability to use them.

If a UK Business Seller you can seek help from Citizens Advice.

eBay's deadline is 30 days but if you used Paypal theirs is longer at 180 days so you can try them.

First sign up to get the return postage paid:

Then open a "not as described" case here:

https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/

And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
