Contacting seller as a guest

I bought an item as guest and have since tried to contact the seller as I haven't received the item, but when I try and go to contact seller it asks me to register an account. I did this the first time but the order was done as a guest so is not associated with the account and still when I try and contact the seller it asks me to register!

How did you pay, buying as a guest is not a good idea since the introduction of Managed Payments for all sellers.

If you used Paypal then you can open a Not Received Case with them, otherwise you will have to go through whoever you used to pay.

Why can't you contact the seller, all members have a CONTACT link on their listings and feedback page, or Ask a Question. Even though this ID you now have has no relationship with the seller, thereis no reason why you can't message and explain the problem.

As a Guest you have no protection from Ebay, so as I say not wise to buy that way.
