Hi all, I bought 2 items on Ebay, realised I needed 2 more of the same, as seller had combined postage I aked seller if they could combine the two sales. But the first item was a "make an offer" item and I had to pay as my offer was accepted, now when I bought the second lot I asked the seller if they could send without postage but they told me to ring ebay, and I can't seem to find a way to do that. Their articles don't cover this so I need to speak to them. I'm in UK.

No point in contacting ebay as they can not do anything about it.

To contact ebay then top or bottom of the page under Seller help or help and contact

you don't need to ring ebay,

ringing ebay would have no purpose at all

the seller needs to change the invoice if he is willing to send with the other item,
