Giving negative feedback for a buyer non payment

I sold an item but the buyer refused to pay, respond to my messages but take any kind of contact.

I've managed to cancel the order after 5 days (!!); I want to give negative feedback but I can't!

Can someone tell me how can I give feedback in this case?

I am using eBay for a while and I'm sure that in the past sellers were able to open a case for unpaid items but now all I can do is cancel the order and that's it!

on day 5 sellers can cancel with - buyer did not pay, they then get an unpaid strike.

Thanks! But does this "strike" visible of affect anything? I know I can ban users with x number of strike from my listing...

its not visable but it is an unpaid strike and your ban will cover it.
