    <description>&lt;P&gt;You have 30 days to open a not as dwscribed dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Escalate it&amp;nbsp;after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Read up on the Ebay money back guarantee&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Ah thanks for that, I've asked the seller for a full refund because she said she had proof of posting which she didn't because she just stuck the item in the post box with a used stamp I've had to pay a further £2 to get the item which is a lip gloss I won for 99p, the lip gloss isn't sealed so I don't know if she's used it which I think is disgusting in this pandemic and it's definitely not the colour in the picture or as described. She doesn't answer messages, so my only option is to leave negative feedback. I've ended up paying over £6 postal charges for a 99p lipgloss not even the size of a standard pen. I'm totally disgusted never in all my buying times have I come across such an awful seller. But thanks for the advice.</description>

      <description>Your only option is to open the dispute as stated by both responders if you are in time. Your item is not as described. You dont deal with the seller you open the dispute and follow it through to get your money back. You wont get the £2 back but get all the original payment back. You should not have paid that but left the item at the post office. You could have opened a not received dispute. Feedback is the last thing you do.</description>
