What is going on with ebay?

I am trying to state my 'paid for' items as being 'dispatched' but do not have this option, items have been paid for and I am unable to send my buyers an email to say item has been dispatched. Seems the 'dispatched' facility has vanished! What is going on with ebay? Seems everything so problematic since the new format was implimented, is anyone else experiencing these difficulties? or is it just geriatric me!

On the seller hub you should be able to mark as dispatched under Orders.

You are right though a challenge to find some things

Thank you, yes I am finding ebay extremely challenging at present, I am not very computer literate and am finding all these changes extremely difficult to navigate, kind regards.

Open the Awaiting Payment Orders and click the box on the left of the Item. You should then see a drop down Menu, above the listings, with the title 'More.' One of the Options is Mark as Received you should be able to Mark it as Dispatched.
