    <description>&lt;P&gt;There is nothing you can do on ebay as you can only open one dispute&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it closed then either the seller had tracking showing delivered or you did not go back after a full 3 days and escalate to ebay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you paid by paypal then try there but if there is tracking saying delivered you will lose there too&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have to go back and escalate as soon as paypal allow but within 20 days&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ebay have decided to close my case for an&amp;nbsp; not received item without it being resolved and are telling me it can not be re opened seller will not respond what can i do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you open a Not Received case you escalate after 3 days,you don't sit back and let it run out of time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you paid using Paypal, then you can open a Not Received case but you must escalate after 2 days and by day 20,oherwise tat will close as well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't use Paypal then you will have to contact whatever method of payment you used to sort it out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;Two reasons come to mind one is that whatever you may think the seller provided tracking showing a delivery or that you simply ran out of time.&amp;nbsp; You should escalate after 3 full business days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;You can - if the case is closed - open a similar case with Paypal.&amp;nbsp; Open the case and escalate after 2 and before 20 days&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
