Buyer won’t give me collection code

My buyer sent a courier to collect an item - he didn't have the collection code to

give me and the buyer doesn't understand where to get this from so

refuses to supply the code to allow me to close the ebay transaction (it has been collected but is still marked as awaiting collection).

ebay Help is useless - isn't there someone I can contact at ebay to

resolve this (none of the help options offered apply!)

ebay have introduced these codes without actually telling anyone about them!

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

tick the box next to the item and then use the postage drop down to mark it as dispatched
