      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi community experts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was wondering if you could help to check my rights on an item I never received as a buyer on ebay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The seller provided tracking info which was always showing as "on its way" or "with the courier" Hermes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was given a message stating that they couldn't access my property and subsequently the item was missing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem was the picture of the property and map shown was a different address from mine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hermes later stated that the item was "lost in transit".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I informed the seller and requested a refund as its all taken 2 weeks to get here: she's refused and told me it's all my fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is she right to withhold my money?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would really like your contribution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
