is there a direct ebay number to complain to ebay as my issue doesnt fit the options on the website.

the item i recieved was not as described, is dangerous as it doesnt fit correctly and the seller is not responding.

You just need to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. A UK Seller will have to generate a Returns Label through the Case. If they don't just Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.

The issue fits exactly with the terms of the Money Back Guarantee, you open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE with ebay and seller has to pay the return postage by supplying you with a label and on return refund.

The MBG is on every listing, you don't have to go through the seller, as you have found they can just ignore you but they cannot ignore an ebay case without risking penalties.

If it is dangerous then I suggest you have a ord with trading standards.
