refunded purchase, used voucher for partial payment. refund has been provided but voucher is missing

can somebody please help me with the issue described in the subject of this post

eBay help is non-existent for this issue.

i purchased £33.30 worth of goods, kindly refunded by the seller. i used a £10 nectar card voucher for partial payment, spending £23.30 from my bank account.

the £23.30 has been refunded but the voucher credit is neither on my nectar card balance nor anywhere else that i can see.

can somebody please clarify this for me/

Points are not returned, a new Nectar voucher is issued.

thank you for your response; i appreciate the insight

however, i cannot see the voucher anywhere in the eBay nectar portal nor anywhere else! it's like the £10 disappeared.

If you return items purchased using your Nectar voucher, we can only issue you a new voucher if you've returned all items from the transaction. If you only return one item from a multi-item transaction, we won't be able to issue you a new voucher. Should show top right of Nectar page under ebay summary.
