Return Request "Does Not Fit"

Hi all

I have received a returns request from Buyer saying she"loves the dress" and "thanks for a great service" but it "doesn't fit" her. Size is clearly listed and item is Brand new with tags on. What would you do? Advice please gratefully received.

As a private seller, you can refuse doesn't fit return.

But if she opens case for not as described, you have to agree, issue returns label & only refund on return.

Thanks for your advice! Its such a pain though 😞 what about the return postage though?

You will be charged for returns label, Ebay never the item, but believe buyer.
