Seller told me the sneakers which I wanted to order are authentic and original and have verification also on description it says that they are authentic. When they arrived it was obvious they are fake and not authentic. I compared to original ones and everything was different and it's really easy to see. I started process of returning, and now I am waiting for responses, I just want my money back.

I hope you used the correct process. If you receive counterfeit goods you need to use eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre. EBay will enforce a refund, and the seller will have to send you a prepaid return label if they want the sneakers back.

If you only sent a return request the seller may be able to refuse this, and close the request. What you can do then may depend upon whether they're a private seller or a business seller.

EBay won't let you open a second case, but if the worst comes to the worst and you paid by PayPal you can still use PayPal's buyer protection policy to claim a refund.

We can give you more exact information if you give us more details: how and when you paid, which type or return case you used, whether seller is private or business, UK or abroad.

I didn't know that if i open ordinary return case that there will be a
chance that seller can refuse that. I thought that eBay money back
guarantee is covered for everything. I opened return case and contacted
eBay many times and now waiting for their response. I contacted the seller
too. Here are informations, I ordered it on 11th july and received 21th
july, I used MasterCard for ordering. I can tell you anything you need to
know just help me please. Do you want to send some screenshots I have all,
if it will be easier for you. Also can you tell me how to approach to the
eBay Money back guarantee?
