Hi all

Ebay are now asking for collect in person to scan qr code or put in a code. I had someone buy 2 items and to go around paying for postage twice they did one of the items as collect in person. Both have been sent and received but the buyer is not sending me the 6 digit code to clear it off my to send / sold list. Any ideas how I can get rid of this.

You can just mark as dispatched.

The buyer should have received a text with the code and you should not have handed over without him providing the code. It is your protection against claims of not received.

If you were both using the Ebay app. the buyer would have received a message with a code on his phone which he shows to to you to scan, and that marks as collected.
