Logging in without captcha's (BL00dy hundreds of them.)

I am running windows 7 and firefox. I have been buying from Ebay for more than ten years. All of a sudden I am now being inundated with login problems. "PROVE YOU'RE NOT A ROBOT". How many fire hydrants are in this picture? I don't even know what a fire hydrant is. I live in the UK and we don't have ANY. Ebay says that they OCCASIONALLY do this sort of check to eliminate fraudsters. OCCASIONALLY? My ass. It is nearly EVERY time. I might as well close my account and limit my shopping to Amazon.

So, my question is, "How do I convince a stupid Ebay login system, that I am legit?"

Are you using VPN, if so ebay can't verify your location, so do extra security checks.

Try clearing cache & cookies aswell.

Sometimes I have to login using Opera (I usually use Firefox) when using
Firefox, Ebay eventually locks me out. Opera uses VPN. So, that is
definitely NOT the issue here.
Earlier today, I couldn't get past the captcha's. I answer one, it goes
back to, prove you're not a robot, then another captcha and on and on and
on.
Also, those captcha's use American symbols or objects or items that don't
appear in Britain. Hydrants being one example. Also most of the pictures
are designed to be difficult to recognise. What sort of computer, even
today, can recognise a bicycle from a photo of a spoke or two?
Then I was aaked to provide a telephone number to be contacted. It listed
parts of two numbers that neither of which I recognised. I used to get all
sorts of problems when shopping with Amazon and swore I would never shop
there again. It would appear that Amazon has met its match regarding
stupidity. You might ask what I was trying to do today that got me all hot
and bothered. Well, I have been waiting for a pair of slippers, that
should have been delivered yesterday, 17/6/2021. So I wanted to check the
tracking details. AND guess what, I used the tracking link in the order
confirmation email that Ebay sent me. It wasn't like I had just visited
Ebay on a whim.

I nearly deleted what I have just written, because I thought, what's the
point? But tou deserve to have your time wasted like mine was earlier.

These Captcha appear on lots of sites, I find sometimes I can log straight in, other times have to tick the boxes, there isn't any logic to it, can't say I have had as much trouble as you though.
