Hi Y'all

I purchased 2 "genuine Pandora" bracelets at christmas, yes I know - dumb!! obviously the seller is no longer on Ebay.

It has only just become apparent as the silver is now peeling off the bracelets

Is there anything I can do on this one, compared with the Pandora shop they were cheap but that doesnt make the loss easy to take as I now need to replacwe them both.

I have looked through the Ebay help and cant find anything I can do, I cant request a return, I cant get to contact a real person - just get the same stock answwers from the bot

Nothing you can do through Ebay or PayPal as you are out of time. Ebay offers the 30 day Money Back Guarantee and PayPal have 180 days Buyer Protection.

If the Seller is a UK Registered Business Seller, contact Citizens Advice.

Thank you, I feared as much. Christmas is an expensive time and you do what you can to save money, its a shame that people abuse the trust that we have in what is generally a wonderful platform. One to mark up as a lesson I guess
