    <description>I know that I do not fall under Ebay money back guarantee. However, the&lt;BR /&gt;seller has violated the terms and policies of the Ebay by offering me to do&lt;BR /&gt;a transaction outside of Ebay and accepting it. I am not asking Ebay to&lt;BR /&gt;repay me but to contact the seller and request the shipping of the item. In&lt;BR /&gt;case if it comes to return of funds , I will start a legal litigation as&lt;BR /&gt;the seller has accepted money into a company account and has disclosed all&lt;BR /&gt;the information, while I have proof of an intent to commit a fraudulent&lt;BR /&gt;transaction on behalf of the seller.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I have received an offer from the **** seller for a suit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Unfortunately I could not pay via credit card or paypal due to technical issues. Instead we have agreed with the seller to do a wire transaction. I am aware of the money back guarantee policy of ebay and possible scams, however I bought&amp;nbsp;from this seller on many occasions&amp;nbsp;and never&amp;nbsp;had any issues.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;I have sent the funds and attached the copy of the transaction to the email which was sent to the seller.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;For some unknown reason the seller is ignoring my multiple emails. Meanwhile ebay does not have any instruments which would allow me to file a complaint. &amp;nbsp;What sould I do in this case?&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What have you got to omplain about, you knowingly paid by a NOT APPROVED method of payment and have given your money away. There is no Money back Guarantee and Bank Transfers are not reversible, if they were then the whole point of a secure method of pamen would be defeated.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Why do you think ebay would want to know or do anything about it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>First of all it is not that simple. It is a reputable seller, whom I worked&lt;BR /&gt;with and who sells thousands of goods worth every month, not a 2 day old&lt;BR /&gt;account with a fake listing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want the seller to be removed from the platform for defeating the rules&lt;BR /&gt;because despite the money back guarantee there are ebay policies which&lt;BR /&gt;prohibit fraud.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So if you have knowledge of how to contact ebay directly please share.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;P.S your logic is flawed because sellers can not scam buyers and remain on&lt;BR /&gt;the platform with a reputable rating. While if you would have read my&lt;BR /&gt;question with correct degree of attention you could have noticed that I&lt;BR /&gt;never asked ebay to return money to me but to contact the seller on their&lt;BR /&gt;behalf.</description>
