Trying to buy from UK only is becoming more and more difficult. Yes of course selecting UK helps filter but does not prevent all items being sold from China.

This is because they have a location address in the UK but dig deeper and find the business address in China.

Also next day delivery does not mean anything if being posted (unknowingly) from China.

It would be great if Ebay could have a true filter.

Some Chinese sellers do have a wharehouse or address in the UK

If you buy an item and then find it is coming China but said UK on the listing

Open a not received 1 day after the latest estimated day of delivery and close it after a full 3 days to get your money back.

If it then arrives then you can either repay them or ask them for a return label to the UK address

You can report as ebay have a policy or mi representation of address

Be aware that you will be charged 20% VAT Buying from China, even if the Item is delivered from a UK Warehouse.
