      <title>Return Faulty Item</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI, I have requested a return for a faulty item, and the seller has accepted it.&amp;nbsp; There is an email saying they have sent me a return label, but actually it is just their address with a request for me to post back.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ebay think they have provided a return label, so won't let me take any further steps, but all eBays advice says that the seller should pay for the return.&amp;nbsp; It seems unfair for me to pay for a return for a fauly item.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have emailed the seller, who is ignoring me, and I can't find a way to contact eBay.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone point me in the right direction please?&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you opened the correct case?&amp;nbsp; If you just opened a straight return,&amp;nbsp; you have to pay for that fully tracked return postage, so perhaps here,&amp;nbsp; that is why the seller has sent his address only to you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you opened the correct case,&amp;nbsp; that is,&amp;nbsp; one for item not as described,&amp;nbsp; that would enforce the seller to pay for that fully tracked return postage label to be sent to you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately if the first case was opened,&amp;nbsp; you cannot close it,&amp;nbsp; and then open the second.&amp;nbsp; You could try claiming with Paypal,&amp;nbsp; see if your item qualifies for their ' Return on Us for free' policy,&amp;nbsp; if not,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;there too,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you pay for that postage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
