Collection code needed by seller for item collected but unable to see any code on my pages

First purchase on ebay and unaware that I needed to provide a collection code to the seller when collecting an item. Seller has now requested 6 digit code for an item collected 1 month ago. I'm unable to generate/see any code linked to the purhcase. I would be grateful if somewhere could let me know how to access/generate this code for the seller.

Many members dont receive the code for whatever reason,if you did it would be in eBay messages or an email.

After more than a month it's too late to request a code but you could leave the seller feedback if everything went ok and the seller can mark the item as paid/collected-dispatched in seller hub.
