Ebay cannot help. Your only option is to use the "Report an Issue with a Buyer " from Help and Contact. You can Block a Buyer and use Buyer Requirements to Block him from Messaging you. Although that would take time to kick in.

You could also Report him to the Police.

reporting an abusive buyer

Via his credit card company, a buyer filed a disputed payment issue against me and as a result the payment was withheld pending resolution. This was recently found in my favour by Ebay. During the course of resolving the issue through messages with the buyer, he was not only very rude and unreasonable but wrote offensive and personal comments about me and became increasingly abusive in tone and content, totally unrealted to the issue. Any information I tried to obtain regarding delivery was replied to by a torrent of horrid comments. I felt intimidated and threatened, especially when on two occasions he telephoned me - he had the number because it was required by the courier collecting the item. On the three occasions that I spoke to Customer Services, the representative was shocked at the content, one labelling it as "vile". I feel that the comments he wrote to me are totally outside of what Ebay allows and this individual should be reported to Ebay. Using the Ebay "report the buyer" link, the four options for the category of complaint are not relevant to this. How do I go about reporting this buyer who is not complying with the terms listed under "Ebay's Member to Member Contact Policy : Members should not threaten others or use profanity or hate speech". Thank you.

Thank you. Doesn't seem fair, does it, that someone can get away with being
so abusive and unless the big step of reporting it to the police is taken,
that's it - just absorb it. I am certainly going to block him from
everything that I can and I will think seriously about reporting him to the
police.
