I was contacted with the seller about to return item!I got very quick respond!

and I got return address , and good advice for cheaper return (2nd class Royal mail)

So..I was put the item in envelope and sent it back!also...emailed photo proof !!

This happened more than 2 weeks ago..

No refund...and no respond anymore 😕

I was trying to contact with this seller...5 times already..but unfortunately never reply!..what can I do??..£25..

If it was just sent as a second class RM envelpoe with no tracking you have no proof the seller received it.

You should have used the Resolution Centre aand opened a proper return case and enterted the tracking into the case. Once the tracking showed delivered it would have triggered your refund.

Sorry but you cannot force the seller to refund without tracking.
