i can no longer find a way to talk to an actual person, can anyone help please, the no is just a message to say to on line and theres no on line chat that i can find anymore

Click on "eBay Help", top right of page (or from My eBay pages it's "Help & Contact", top left). Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic. On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get links to "Have us call you" and "Chat with us".

It's difficult to actually ' talk' with someone as eBay staff mainly based in the Philippines are working from home because of Covid, main line of communication is through a Live Chat, sometimes there is a Call Back in place.

There is little reason to ever contact them, why don't you come back and explain your problem to us, many experienced members here happy to help.

If you then still need to contact CS.
