What does 80% variable listing mean can anyone tell me please

Basically it means that Final Value Fees are 20% of the normal 12.8%. Why don't you read the T & C of any offer to find out explanations for yourself?

It's variable to the final selling price i.e. it's 80% off the price you sell your item for.

If you're still receiving PayPal payments it's 80% off eBay's 10% fee.

If you're on Managed Payments it's 80% off the 12.8% fee.
