    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the seller had tracking showing the item was delivered then check with neighbours and around the outside of your home.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it can not be found then you need to contact the courier or Royal MAil and ask them where your item was. Have you checked the addresses on the payment and tracking&amp;nbsp; to make sure it was sent to the correct address&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the seller has the tracking showing delivered then there is nothing you can do with ebay or the seller.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a cheap item and it wasnt delivered but the Resolution Centre decided it was ? I am unable to complain and searching the contact EBay is like a dog chasing its tail. Very dissapointed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
