    <description>&lt;P&gt;£3.50 is the charge for no postage or insufficien postage on medium parcel.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Send the seller a picture of the card and ask for the £3.50 if they have proof of posting they will be able to reclaim this from Royal Mail,if you pay without the sellers agreement there is no way to make them pay the £3.50,or you don't collect it and let Royal Mail return it to seller and you open a case with eBay for a refund of your original payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive bought an item which cost me just over £1 wth free p&amp;amp;p, i now can't finish the garment as ive had a card from Royal Mail through my door saying im not going to get my order unless i now pay £3:50 as the seller didnt pay the postage. What can i do as never had this problem before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
