How to cancel a subscription change??

Morning all, I recently downgraded by store subscription from featured to basic.

I was due to move back to basic from the 30th June. However, I've since ended up having a big push on listings after acquiring a new supplier/getting stock, and its now more cost effective to stay on the featured store plan I'm still technically on.

On my subscription page I had something along the lines of "Featured store subscription - ending 30th June", "New plan Basic starting 30th June" with the option to cancel the basic plan.

As I could not find an option to cancel or reverse the featured store cancellation, I have cancelled the basic plan subscription hoping to be given the option to choose the featured store subscription again.

However, the only option available to me now is "change plan", but as I am still on the featured store plan (which it says is ending 30th June), I cannot select featured store again, only basic or anchored (i.e. something different to featured).

Any advice please? Does ebay need to intervene to undo my mess?? 😞

Morning all, just an update that answers this question. Went back to my messages & by cancelling the new basic plan I had in fact cancelled the change from the featured store plan (which is what I wanted to do), see below screenshot.

So if anybody wants to cancel a change to a different plan in future, you just cancel the new store subscription & that cancells the change. This was not clear on the subscription page hence my confusion.
