    <description>&lt;P&gt;You're supposed to wait to get the item back before you issue the refund.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The buyer should have opened a return case at their end and when you accept it they automatically receive a link to print the return postage label.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Now you've refunded ebay's system assumes you don't want the item back.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; See if the buyer is willing to return the item first and then you refund their postage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
