Hello, my problem is:- it seems some of my sold items have been re-listed, seemingly unbeknown to me, and I have received bids on them so have had to email my buyers to apologise that the item they bid on, and won, has already been sold and, of course, issue a refund. Has this happened to anyone else? Babs. Ps. I only sell single items and not multiples of same item.

If you list an item with the Quick Listing Tool eBay automatically relists your item if it does not sell. To stop items relisting when not sold you need to use the Advanced/Business listing tool.

You have more control of your listings there.

To turn off automatic relists when completing a new listing, you clear the tick box on the listing form.

It is at the bottom of the Selling details section on the form I looked at.

I am not sure why the items would re-list if you have sold them though.

Have you sold them outside eBay?

Hello, no, have not sold items outside of ebay, very confusing, this seems to have occurred since the beginning of lockdown and ebay changing their format as they constantly seem to be doing. Regards, Babs.
