Customer Service Email - But Why?

Hi all

Had an email today via Ebay about my email to customer service. And then a 'how did we do' email.

Thing is I have no record of any email sent to Ebay.

I have a refernce number but I can't find anyway to get in touch with customer services to ask what this is about.

Any ideas?

There is no way to email ebay, and ebay would contact you by messages. (with Email back Up)

Unless in messages then treat it as a spoof and forward to spoof@ebay.com

If it is a spoof you would no doubt be asked to log in when you would give away your password and your account would be hacked.
