NO CALL BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Need to speak to customer services but promise of callback has not happened - have tried many times for the past hour. Each message states we will call you in 1 minute / 2 minutes. More than hour later NO call back.. What is going on ?

They are based in the Philippines and working from home. Just ask on here, will be much quicker. Someone will help you.

Instead of just asking about customer support, if you had explained what the problem is someone here could probably have answered your question by now.

To ask the obvious, did you first try searching eBay's help pages? These can answer many of the usual questions, see: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home

If no success, let us know what the problem is and someone here will try to help you.

Hi red_magpie, yes- I did all of what I was supposed to do. I have now asked my question on here as I still have not received a call back from customer services. I have Never known them to not ring at all in all the years since i've been on ebay so i'm getting paranoid that they've 'cut me out'
