Sales down since Ebay Managed Payments

Since switching over to EMP, my sales have continued to drop on a daily basis. 3 weeks in I am currently 33% down on previous 31 days. I have had 2 days in this period above my daily average and am growing increasingly concerned. Hopefully it will balance out but I was curious if there is any additional settings that may need to be changed or updated. Any advice welcomed. Has anybody else seen similar?

There is no logical reason why buyers could care how you are paid is there?

They pay as usual at checkout. How the money reaches you is of no concern.
