You're online assistants are not only useless but sometimes deliberatly ignorant. You made 95 BILLION in 2018 but you're the only place in the world that is unable to call my phone. Employ real people to answer he phones and get rid of your online assistants!

Yes its been checked by me, and I've checked with o2, and by the online
assistant but of course they never actually did anything or even bother to
raise the issue with anyone that actually knows anything useful. Ebay can
text me a security code no problem because how would they get my money and
buyers money if they didn't, but they don't want to spend their billions on
real human beings on phone lines and thats a massive problem for me because
it stresses me out just signing in here now

why do you want to talk to them on the phone? the CS agents on the phones have no idea how the site works, read from scripts and put the phone down when they can't answer your question! you would be better off asking your question here on the boards, someone here should be able to help you

They have always helped me perfectly. How come your are so dim that you
think I've never called them before and don't know how good they are?.
Perhaps your mind is warped by the fact that you can't tollerate free
