I sell personalised cake toppers and create all design by my own. But there's a particular seller who is copying my designs and selling it on cheaper prices . Is there anything I can do about it?

Only time for a short reply, but scroll down to the bottom of the page and read about eBay's VERO scheme.

If these are your own, unique designs you should be able to register. EBay would then remove any listings which you reported for copying them.

Be VERY careful not to claim as your own designs anything that is already copyright, for example Disney figures or names.

do you have the relevant permissions to use the characters that you are using?

if so, you can try the VERO program,

if not, keep your head down, because you could get into a lot of trouble for using images without permission!

Thanks, yes I’m aware of copyright material but my purpose of asking if for the designs I created in photoshop etc
