Has anyone ever had a threat of violence from a buyer? To turn up at your address? A tirade of insults and abuse mutiple negative feedbacks in a row all from the same buyer? It's made me question if I'm even up to this. I just can't believe how far they went and took it. I've blocked them from buying or contacting me. They just left a load of abusive feedback. It's really quite unbelievable some of what they say . eBay always refuse to

remove any of my feedback? Even with something as extreme as this. I had a 98.6% positive feedback before this persons 4 negatives a malicious and vindictive, spiteful attack on me I asked eBay to

review all of the messages between us. They clearly haven't because these people threatened to

turm up at my address. I just wondered if anybody had any advice? How often do eBay remove feedback for you? And have any of you had a similar experience? I've sent a 1000 items all over the world In the last 6 months. And almost all of the neutral and negative feedback I had received prior to

this was due to

items being lost or broken in transit and I always refund the buyers.

That feedback is extreme. It's worth persevering with ebay to try and get it removed. If you're worried about the buyer turning up at your home give your local police a ring and hopefully they will warn him off. Although it's almost certainly a bluff they shouldn't be allowed to behave that way.

Gosh, EBay at it's worst. Check your Seller Dashboard. See how much damage he has done there. You could well lose your Seller Account unless Ebay Step in and Remove all that Feedback.

That has got to be the worst feedback abuse I've ever seen, that person is certainly making the most of the new 500 character feedback.

You should keep on at ebay until you get a rep who will remove it. Feedback like that gives ebay a bad name.

Find Seller Help from Help and Contact at the very foot of the Page. Then Select - Request to Remove Feedback.

Fill in the Request for Ebay to adjudicate. They will Remove anything that doesn't follow Ebay Policy.

Thanks ruby, I did submit a feedback removal request and they replied within seconds and did it was ineligible they clearly did not investigate all of the messages between us or review the feedback though roughly enough at no point was I ever rude to them. If they checked the messages between us they would have seen that. I had 307 positive and 5 neutral and 4 negative prior to there 4 negatives in succession they were unhappy with the goods simply angry that a box arrived damaged on Monday. The extent of the damage to the box that arrived at there address on Monday was astronomical it was squashed and squished and opened. How they could possibly lay all of the blame on me for a parcel arriving so badly damaged. I just can not understand it. I’ve sold a 1000 items through this account on eBay since November 2020 all over the world I have mailed them. And no box was damaged as badly as that one. He’s saying Hermes won’t compensate. I know for a fact they will because they have before. They are very heavy handed as a company even the staff at the drop off points say it themselves the drivers throw the goods in the back of there vans. I tried to just forget about it and move on but. They just wouldn’t stop with a relentless assault of abuse. A very personal attack on me as a person the depravity of the name calling there language and attitude. I’ve thought about responding to there feedback again but I think I will just drop it. I’ve thought about it and I just have so much to post and package everyday. If it is to effect my sales or selling prospects I may delete my account and try again. Set up a new one. The only problem is I have advertised 950 listings on this account. I just couldn’t believe eBay were not willing to do anything about it. I have spoken to there customer service numerous times. Someone in there back room team is not doing there job thoroughly enough and using there discretion opening there eyes and facing the facts. I have been nothing but polite via message and in reply to the feedback as where they are firing slander and hate. I just have to try and move on and not let it get me down. But out of a 1000 buyers. I never met any as quite like these two. If I have to make a new account I will. I’ve posted 20 items already so far this week I’m sure by tomorrow I will have some positive feedback to counter what they have left. I was just a bit shocked by the level they went too

They have still kept leaving more additional feedback. Lol I think it’s safe to say this person really so very mentally unstable I can’t believe the way they behaved. Surely they have something better to do with there time? I’m just not going to respond and hope they get bored and move on

OP, you really need to speak to ebay about that feedback. It is over the top and malicious. I have noted that all the items he bought are low priced items, have you had dealings with him before? It certainly looks to me like he is buying to leave malicious feedback.

Is he on your blocked list? If not add him now: BBL

Keep on speaking to ebay, don't give up. If you allow it to remain you could end up with a permanent ban because of that feedback so you really must get ebay to look at it.

Thanks for messaging me. It all started about 2 weeks ago. She bought 7 items from me all different listings. Which I duly sent same day dispatch. I even reduced the price and accepted best offers on every item. She received them all 3 days later and was happy with everything. So she wanted to buy another item a robot toy for her son. Which I again accepted a reduced price on and sent the same day. It’s when she bought the robot that her attitude kind of started to change by eBay message. I sent her the tracking. So the day before it arrived at her address, th tracking showed that the box had been damaged in transit . And she was so angry about it and left negative feedback immediately the day before it even arrived. I said to her that if it arrives damaged the next day I would refund her in full. So the next day the box arrives damaged but she has now told me this evening that the robot itself wasn’t even damaged and it was only the cardboard box that was damaged. She has just launched a vicious assault on me and now left negative feedback on all 7 other items she bought the week before even though she was happy with them. I just can’t quite believe the extent as to which she has gone too. I stopped replying and blocked her and yet she still kept leaving feedback. It’s a personal attack on me not the items but profane and insulting abuse it’s just a bit wicked and callous very depraved. She doesn’t have any item left to leave feedback on. I’ve blocked her from buying from again. So she can’t possibly leave anymore feedback. But looking at that, I think safe to say the damage is done. Her behaviour really is quite unbelievable. Nobody deserves the volley I have received from her. She didn’t even test the toy or take it out of the box she just sent the box back the courier still hasn’t returned it to my address. I have requested feedback removal on the first 5 and they were all denied within seconds of me submitting the requests. Someone in ebays back room team clearly did not review the messages or the feedback that was left because I can’t believe they weren’t willing to remove it. She didn’t even want the refund. I’ve sent a 1000 items all over the world in the last 6 months and no buyer has ever behaved like that. At least it’s over now and she can’t do anymore damage. Surely she has something better to be doing with her time than trying to ruin the life of someone she does not know and has never met. I just don’t know what to do about it. I’ve still mailed 30 things this week to other people hopefully some will leave me positive feedback to make up for it. But I had 307 positive and 5 neutral and 4 negative before her assault of 8 negatives in succession I just think it’s a bit crazy no? I don’t know what to do. Feedback gets removed after a year right? And is no longer visible after 90 days? If eBay won’t remove it and it effects my sales I may close the account and start again because it’s really demoralised me. I don’t even know if I want to continue selling anymore. I didn’t deserve this. I would have to advertise 960 listings again if I need to close this account. That is a daunting prospect. Someone in ebays back room feedback removal team clearly hasn’t been doing there job corrrectly to allow her to continue like that. At least it’s over now. Thanks for your support and advice. My feedback can’t go lower than 98% due to her as she has nothing left to leave feedback on. Hopefully other people will leave positive in the coming days to make up for it.
