Twice recently I’ve been charged international fees with items I’ve been requested to post to Uk addresses. The eBay explanation is that the buyer’s account is registered abroad. My question is whether it is possible to block buyers registered abroad, and only sell to UK registered users. On the items I typically sell £10-20, these international fees are a chunky hit. Any heLp would be appreciated

UK listings will now trigger (buyer pays) an additional 20% VAT import fee on sales (Including used items) when either the Buyer and/or the Seller is based or registered anywhere outside the UK >

I understand the charges, my question was more is there a way to avoid them by stopping people registered abroad from purchasing my items in the first place. Is there a way to block all users registered abroad from seeing your listings
