New Ebay System

DOES ANYONE ELSE LIKE ME THINK THIS NEW SYSTEM EBAY HAS INTRODUCED IS A COMPLETE DISTASTER

Just some of the the things wrong with this TERRIBLE SYSTEM.

1. Cant relist more than 1 item at a time.
2. When you click to relist another item it takes you to a completly different page you should be able to go straght back to the relist page.
3. Sold items have reappeared on the active page (allbeit momently this should not happen)
4. You cant see at a glance whether or not you have sold anyting.
5. You have to keep going from 1 page to another before you can find what you want.
6. Nothing is at all straight forward.
7. Cant see Buyers feedback score unless you go into their name before it was shown along with there bid.
8. When you press go to Previous Page it goes into a different account.
9. Nothing comes up to tell you that a protenal buyer has asked you a question or sent you a message.
10. Not helpful that Ebay puts words in automaticly.

These are just some of the faults I have found so far, the list really does go on and on.

When this Terrible system was first installed I did contact Ebay about it and spoke to a helpful lady who gave me a link to change it back to classic layout BUT everything came up in American Dollars and I could not change it also each time I went into Ebay I tried to click on this link but the same thing happened.

I have been using Ebay for quite some time but this is really annoying.

Please Please bring back the old system

All the trouble you've gone to, but what do you imagine will be achieved by posting your complaints here? We're only other members, eBay doesn't read anything written here. EBay's only interest in this board is to use us as free customer support.

If sellers would complain to eBay instead of just letting off steam here, something might actually be done about it.

what page are you using?

it sounds like you are using the basic page that is aimed at sellers who only sell one or two items

you need to use the seller hub

in the seller hub you can

1. relist multiple items all at one go, you just tick the boxes next to the items you to relist and hit relist at the top of the page

2. when using seller hub 'relist another' takes you back to the unsold item page so you can then relist another item

3. never seen that on the seller hub

4. using the 'orders' drop down on seller hub you can see at a glance whether you have sold anything

5. you just need to use the 'orders' and 'listing' tabs to see what you need to see or use the all selling section:-

6. it is very straight forward, you just choose what you want to see from the drop down list, you can see at a glance what has been paid for and needs posting and what hasn't been paid

7. the buyers ID and feedback score should be showing automatically, but if it isn't you can customise the table in the sold section to show it.

8. never seen that on the seller hub

9. seller hub shows when a question needs to be answered

10. puts words in automatically where? sounds like you have autofil enabled on your device
