I sold a jacket-274747723096 it was new without tags, personally bought for over €600 euros, it sat in my wardrobe for awhile and I decided to sell, the item sold for a very low fee but hey ho such is life, I took pictures of jacket with measurements with pictures an stated check measurements? The buyer bought item then contacted me to return item as it didn't fit, I told buyer I put measurements in description and it was a none return item plus I didn't want item back in these covid times? The buyer opened a case for which I won no problem, he then tried to say he bidded on item because I put two other well known manufacturers to appeal to a wider audience? Basically he was just lying to make another case, he also started to give me abuse! So now eBay in there wisdom have allowed this clown to falsely make accusations against me?? I've tried to contact eBay who are being so uncooperative it's a joke, it seems eBay love to support scum who make up lies

Ebay never see the item, but always believe buyer & allow case.

Issue returns label through case & refund in full in return.

If you ignore or refuse case, ebay refund buyer with your money & they keep the item.

Your title was misleading, you put 3 different makers, not possible.

Unfortunately for you the item is Not As Described,this is why a case has been allowed.

Your title says "Black Mountain, Berghaus, North Face Parka" it cannot be all 3 brands and it's a policy violation called keword spamming to use brands which are not the item in your listing

The item black mountain and because it didn’t give me the right suggested category I had to put berghaus, north face which is very common on eBay, his original dispute was it was to small even though I put all measurements and took pictures with tape measure, I also put in description to check measurements, he then switched argument to he thought he was bidding on berghaus when all photos in ad shown black mountain? Are you related to buyer by any chance!!
