    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you open a PROPER RETURN CASE, if so you get a FULL refund of what you paid. If you pay for return postage that will not be refunded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You really need to explain properly, with figures of what you paid to buy including postage and what you received, as if you did a DIY return then you only get what the seller chooses to refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suspect you did not read the Money Back Guarantee and follow instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;a couple of days ago I returned a few items, but only received a partial refund, why?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the post office told me the postage fees have been paid by the sender, otherwise, I would send the items by second class post, but now I have only received refunds minus the postage fees, who is going to refund that money?&amp;nbsp; I returned the items the next day because I noticed the colors &amp;amp; designs don't match to others as soon as I opened the parcel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
