    <description>&lt;P&gt;that isn't a 'new' fee, it is the fee for when a buyer makes a chargeback through their payment processor stating they don't recognise the transaction,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;this has always been a 'thing'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;very few buyers make 'chargebacks'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you aren't charged any extra for normal ebay money back guarantee cases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Just to add to the excellent reply. It is important to keep all receipts or tracking or the 16 digit post office code for at least one year in case of chargebacks. Always make sure you put any tracking/code onto the items in your Sold section as soon as you post then in case of chargeback later on.</description>
