Changing Payment methods for buyers on my listing

Ebay have been putting credit cards as acceptable payment methods for some of my listings, if not all. I do not accept credit cards.

Also they have put 'Cash on collection' even though it is not a collection item.

On some of my items they have included Click & Collect. I do not offer this.

How can I change all this mess? Hope someone can help me. I cannot find any way to change it.

It makes no difference that you can not accept cards as if you are on the managed payments the money goes to ebay.

Once they have taken the fees they pay the remainder into your bank account

I cant see the collection items as they all seem to have postage on them

I can see the later items have click and collect

You need to check and see if the Click and collect is opted into

Go to site map then Postage and packaging then Click and collect and make sure it off.

If it is on and you turn it off it will not make any difference to the ones with it already on the listing

You would have to go and revise the item and take it off

Thank you. I have found the Site Map, but I can’t see Postage & Packaging anywhere.

Sorry should have said Site preferences under Shortcuts. Then click on postage preferences

Sorry I am totally lost now. I am on the My Ebay page. I cannot see Shortcuts or Site Preferences. I found Site Map at the very bottom of the page. I can’t see Postage Preferences anywhere.
