I've sold something and eBay says that the purchaser has paid but I've not received any money and it's not gone into my PayPal account. Where is the money?

It won't go into your Paypal account any more as you are under eBay's Managed Payments. it will eventually go into your bank account. Payouts are not instant.

eBay then first take their fees from money received from a sale, and send the remainder to your nominated bank account. This takes 1 - 2 business working days.

Your bank then takes 1 - 4 business working days to process those funds, before they become available for you to withdraw.

Weekends delay the procedure too, being non working days.

You can select to have monies paid to you daily, or weekly.

When you signed up to the ebay managed payments did you read the information as to how it works?.

Ebay take payment from the buyer and once they have taken their fees then the money is paid into your bank

You must post the item if ebay says paid.

It is not instant payment like paypal and can take a few days to reach your bank account

eBay are managing your payments now and the money will be paid into the bank account you notified eBay of in 2-4 days of payment.

Paypal are no longer involved in receiving sellers payments.

Read and forgot. However, it should be easy to find this information. I think eBay should have a tab that is easy to find on the sold item page that is called 'When will I be paid?' Clicking on it should tell you when you will be paid.

All the information is there on the seller hub under Payments. It shows how your payment is progressing.
