      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know I am not the first to have this experience, I'm just wondering if anyone has managed to resolve it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Item sold through GSP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Item sent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Item arrived at GSP Centre 4th May (Lichfield)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Item left GSP Centre 5th May&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arrived in destination country 6th May&lt;BR /&gt;Cleared customs.&lt;BR /&gt;Last week customer opens case as item hasnt arrived.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I provide tracking information showing package arrived and left Lichfield.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ebay refund buyer and take money from me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disputed it and they tell me tracking is invalid. This is their tracking.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Opened a chat with customer service and they refuse to discuss it, in fact they cut me off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is my understanding that this applies:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;aren't&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;responsible for item loss or damage that occurs after the item is forwarded by the UK Shipping Centre.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You should have passed the buck to GSP in the first place.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you not add tracking to the item when you marked as dispatched? Adding after a case is opened and you can as has happened lose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why ever use this risky service, deal direct with buyers. If an item fails to arrive then you claim on Royal Mail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>after 3 attempts with customer support through chat, and being cut off and told by one assistant that they dont know anything about ebays terms and conditions, it seems i have finally found an assistant who understands their on system and has agreed to arrange a refund.</description>

&lt;P&gt;The usual advice given is -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;You need to be extremely careful how you handle this as you could be seriously out of pocket if you try to handle this yourself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;Your buyer needs to open a case for not received and you respond with the tracking number proving delivery to the UK Global shipping hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;You cite that according to Global T&amp;amp;C you, the seller, are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit once it has arrived at the Global hub.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thanks. It's hopefully being sorted. Their own terms and conditions state its not my responsibility once it reaches the shipping centre so by allowing the buyer to even open a case against me they are in breach of their own T&amp;amp;C. I've informed them of this and I've been assured the amount will be returned to me</description>
