where do I find the "hard of hearing" contact. for customer services. i.e. to Email.

where do I find the "hard of hearing" contact. for customer services. i.e. to Email. it used to appear on the bottom of several pages, seems to have moved or been removed.

There is an email in the depths somewhere but ebay dont seem to reply

Go to help and contact at the bottom of the page or Seller Help top of the seller hub then scroll down for contact details

Just below where it says Ask the community there is a link for hard of hearing or visually impaired

A bit stupid of ebay to have something that is for visually impaired in such small writing

I hope it works for you

You dont usually have to contact them at all as the resolution centre is at the bottom of the page for problems with items

Try live chat. Click on "eBay Help", top right of page, or on some pages it's "Help & Contact", top left . Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic. On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link to "Chat with us".
