Hi, I've got someone asking a lot of question every other day about a pair of boots I'm selling. He has been registered on ebay since 2015 and has bought nothing and sold nothing. I'm not going to answer any more of his questions and wondering if I should report. Hundred percent certain he's not interested in buying my boots.

Read this Setting buyer requirements | eBay

You can add them to your blocked bidder list and also stop them from messaging you.

Yes you can block anyone and no they dont have to have bid on your items.

For example (and this is obv not the case) if i didnt like your feedback I can just add you to my blocked bidder list and dont have to even give a reason.

You can add anyone you want to 🙂
