I have an issue that is not catorgaised by the contact us form. How can I email, or live chat, or telephone Ebay? Is it all just automated and scripted service ?

eBay staff are working from home because of Covid, so you cannot phone them. There is no email facility for eBay.

Contact them this way.

Lines open today between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

The usual format is a Live Chat, though a call back system is sometimes in place too.
