How do you report negative feedback left as a buyer

A seller who did not put the correct information on a delivery label for one of ebays own click and collect shop locations, and the order ended up being returned to them, has left me positive buying feedback, but stating that "I use a fake delivery location, and DO NOT SELL TO THIS BUYER". when all I done is selected a click and collect location, that I use every day. I been going round and round the ebay pages trying to report this, but it says I can't report any negative feedback as I don't have any, in a way that is true as its disguised as positive.

SEllers are not allowed to leave a positive with a negative comment.

Ask ebay to remove it

The seller may get a black mark on their account

Ebay removed the negative comment, thanks for the advice
