    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;I am assuming thatyou do not mean a "return" case but a "not as described case".&amp;nbsp; For return cases the seller does not have to pay for postage.&amp;nbsp; [Return is for not liking it, change of mind and such].&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;In future simply open a "not as described case" if&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;feel that something is wrong.&amp;nbsp; There is no point in contacting the seller nor sending photos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ebay would only refund at the sellers expense. It was very foolish of the seller to escalate, that is what you should have done, but seller will always lose and he will not now get the selling fee refunded but he will get a damaging defect on his selling account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no harm in providing your paypal details BUT do not return until you receive the postage. There is nothing the seller can do, he had his opportunity to provide a return label but choose not to. The cost of the return should include&amp;nbsp; enough to cover tracking but seller can do nothing to enforce a return, as far as ebay are concerned the case is close.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As Peaseblossom says, as long as they send you the postage upfront it's fine to send it back to the seller.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
