Thanks for the response, this is a postal item (greeting card) so no proof of delivery, unless a positive review on eBay counts as proof of delivery!

Hello sellers,

I have had three disputed purchases by the same buyer over 2 days.

I have sent the items and they claim that they are not aware of the purchases and opend a dispute against each purchase.

Ebay notified me of the dispute cases, and the link to respond did nothing or showed any options.

With the lack of details relating to to claim, i.e. a penalty charge will be made against me by eBay of £14 as well as the 'buyer' recieving a full refund, I didn't know what else to do.

Two of the three purchases recieved positive feedback, so how on earth can they claim they don't know what the transactions were?

I cannot find a clear course of conplaint, I have tried the Sellers Hub and go round and round in circles.

This is very stressful and upsetting as there doesn't appear to be any protection for the seller.

Can anyone offer guidance or assistant.

Stay safe, and thanks in advance

Sounds like a Bank Charge Back with the £14.00 Penalty Charge? You need to provide Tracking which Confirms Delivery for Each Item.
